I have spent over 35 years in various Management and Technical roles concluding with 18 years of service to the largest Enterprise Strategic Outsourcing IT Services company in the world.

Throughout my IT career I have seen enormous technical changes in the Mainframe, Midrange, and the PC platforms, both on the hardware and software sides of the house.

I retired from a rewarding Corporate IT career 

in 2022 and took some time off to chill.  During that period of relaxation, I have helped many family members and friends troubleshoot PC problems. In nearly all of these plea for help cases, and there were too many to count, the common denominator was no one had a current backup of their PC's Windows Operating System and / or their critical application data.  My experience in this regard proves that PC Backups or lack thereof, "are not happening" on a very wide scale. It seems that not having a system backup / recovery  facility in place for the everyday consumer or small office home office PC systems only becomes a problem when there's a problem. 

bisitek L.L.C.'s target audience is the general PC user and / or small business office group who are keenly astute with running the applications on their particular PC systems, but have a need to ensure that their Windows' PC system has a fully functional system backup / recovery facility in place, to address a catastrophic occurrence, in the event their PC system has become partially or fully inoperable.
